Who processes the data
The data controller is the ATOMIC team, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We process data solely to respond to your request and prepare a project estimate.
What data we receive
Through the request form, you submit three fields: how we should address you, your Telegram account or phone number for contact, and a description of the task you want to automate or build. The request is sent together with the language in which you viewed the site and the time the form was submitted; this information is needed to distinguish a genuine request from automated spam.
As with any website, our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. These records are needed to operate and protect the site and are not linked to the content of requests.
Why we need this data
To contact you using the details you provided, clarify the task during the interview, and prepare a proposed solution, the scope of the first version, and a preliminary estimate of timeline and cost.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not use it for mailings you have not requested.
Transfer of requests to Telegram
Requests submitted on the site are not saved in a database and are not stored on the site's server. The server composes a single message and sends it to the ATOMIC team's Telegram via the Telegram Bot API; all further correspondence takes place in Telegram.
Telegram processes messages under its own privacy policy (telegram.org/privacy). Server logs record only the delivery status, without the content of the request.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics or advertising cookies are used. In your browser, the site stores only technical entries that are not transmitted anywhere: a record that you closed the cookie notice, your response to the site language prompt, and, for the duration of the session, a draft request from the savings calculator. If analytics is introduced, the site will ask for your consent before enabling it.
How long we keep data
Request data remains in the Telegram correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to you and fulfill our agreements, or until you request its deletion. After that, the message is deleted from the correspondence.
Your rights
You may find out what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond to your request and confirm the deletion.
